The History

Still at the end of the '50, the Maronti beach was a place only for few local people and some tourists. In 1959, when our parents decided to start this business of restoration, it was a real bet for those times, a life bet. Both of them had no experience in the sector.

The first cooked dish was cooked in a wooden shed with a small terrace covered by bamboo, then named Ristorante Ida (our mother's name), and it was Pasta with "Spolichini" beans: our first customer, a dentist from Bologna.

Today our kitchen is as genuine as that time, but we propose a wider choice of dishes.

We offer the most fresh and the most valuable products we can find, and that's why we select with the utmost care the fish that we serve to our customers and every single other product we put on our tables.
